He possesses the experience and contacts in the merger and acquisition field, with the capabilities needed in today’s investment climate, to achieve Bedrock’s clients’ goals and expectations. This experience is crucial in assisting in the divestiture or acquisition process.
He puts in the time to understand the clients business and their acquisition and disposition needs. Often, he has uncovered previously undiscovered opportunities, and helped to maximize the benefit on both the sell and buy side of deals. He has managed the closing of a broad range of transactions throughout the world including North America (many cross border), South America and Europe. Historically, he has played the lead role in the closing of over 100s of major transactions.
