Bedrock was advisor to the principals in their setup, financing and buildout of STT Enviro Corp.which through its two operating groups, STT Systems & Solutions and STT Tanks & Industrial, engineer and supply a range of environmental and industrial products and services. STT turned to Bedrock to lead its acquisition of numerous businesses that propelled it in to an industry leader. STT shares recently surged 52% after announcing that it had entered into a definitive support agreement pursuant to which a private industrial player will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
